The top female golfers in the State of Illinois return to Mistwood Golf Club in Romeoville July 28-30 for the 2014 Phil Kosin Illinois Women’s Open. This year marks the 20th anniversary of this tremendous event, which is a three-day, 54-hole state championship of golf and is open to all female professionals and all female amateurs with a current USGA handicap index of 15.0 or less.
