Edgebrook Golf Course is a public, par 66 18-hole facility that meanders through the heart of Chicago\u2019s Northern Forest Preserve District.<\/p>\n

Originally a private club, Edgebrook was the first golf course acquired by the Cook County Forest Preserve Commission in 1919.<\/p>\n

The Edgebrook neighborhood borders Sauganash to the west and Forest Glen to the south. Edgebrook is home to Edgebrook Golf Course and the 9-hole Billy Caldwell Golf Course<\/a>, both operated by the Cook County Forest Preserves.<\/p>\n
