SUMMARY:2015 Encompass Championship
DESCRIPTION:The 2015 Encompass Championship will take place this week at beautiful North Shore Country Club in north-suburban Glenview. This will be the third year in a row the Champions Tour has visited the Chicagoland area\, with Craig Stadler winning in 2013 and Tom Lehman taking home the trophy last year. \nTom Lehman finished his final round last year with a 2-under 70 and had a 15-under 201 total for his eighth senior title and first since 2012. Lehman\, the 1996 British Open winner\, opened with rounds of 65 and 66 to take a three-stroke lead into the final round.  \nAfter posting pars on the first 11 holes\, Lehman birdied No. 12. “It wasn’t my very best performance today\, but it was good enough\,” Lehman said. \nTickets for the 2015 Encompass Championship are still available. The tournament offers daily admissions with Good Any Day Tickets\, a discounted book of tickets\, weeklong passes and a limited number of Champions Club tickets that include access to a shared\, air-conditioned hospitality area and include food and beverage. Children under 18 are free\, no advance ticket is required for children. Children’s tickets will be available at the entrance regardless of a sell out. All Military\, both active & retired\, will receive free admission to the Encompass Championship with Military I.D. \nMain spectator free parking is at Old Orchard Mall. Free shuttle service is provided from that lot to the tournament.
