The funds from Drive for CURE have resulted in four named grants to scientists around the country and have helped advance the science towards a cure.  \nWynstone Golf Club opened in 1989\, and is currently ranked as one of the “Best Courses in Illinois” by Golf Digest. Designed by Jack Nicklause\, the golf course features elevated tees and large greens protected by deep bunkers. Wynstone is visually stunning with dramatic elevation changes\, large water features and expansive fairway and greenside bunkers. There are four sets of tees ranging from 5\,946 to 7\,162 yards.

The competition changed to a stroke play/match play competition in 2009 with the top 8 teams after 54 holes of stroke play being seeded and concluding with an 8-team match play playoff. DESCRIPTION:The 2017 NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Championships are coming to Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove May 19-24. \nThe top six teams and three individuals not on a qualifying team have advanced to the national championships from each regional site. The four regional sites included Albuquerque\, New Mexico; Athens\, Georgia; Columbus\, Ohio; and Lubbock\, Texas. Of the 384 regional participants\, 132 advanced to the finals. \nThe NCAA championship format consists of all 24 teams and 12 individuals completing 54 holes of stroke play\, and then the top 15 teams along with the top nine individuals not on an advancing team will advance for one additional day of stroke play to determine the top eight teams for match play competition and the 72-hole stroke play individual champion.
