Get in shape for golf 2012 this winter with the Golf Fitness Bootcamp at the Jewett Park Community Center. Use the cold winter months to get in the best shape of your life and play your best golf next year with this group exercise program from the Deerfield Golf Club.
Participants will improve their general conditioning and learn to utilize golf specific fitness exercises to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and power. This is a high intensity bootcamp style workout, so be ready to sweat!
As part of this golf fitness bootcamp, you will receive a comprehensive TPI(Titleist Performance Institute) fitness evaluation. This program is perfect for all golfers who want to get in better shape, men, women, adults and juniors are invited.
Bootcamp meets twice a week for 5 weeks.
Session 01 – Mon and Wed – Jan 9 – Feb 9
Session 02 – Tue and Thu – Feb 20 – Mar 21
All Classes 6 – 7 pm
$225 per person
