Located in Geneva, Illinois, just 45 minutes from Chicago, Eagle Brook Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course that was designed by two-time U.S. Open Champion Andy North and Roger Packard.
A highlight of Eagle Brook Country Club is its quartet of par 3’s, each unique, entertaining and memorable. The par 3 17th hole plays to 189 yards from the gold tees and can be impacted tremendously by the prevailing wind. There is water short, followed by a trio of deep bunkers that guard the green. The 17th is one of the few holes that offers room to miss behind the green.
The par 4, 18th hole requires exact placement off the tee along with distance. This hole plays 448 yards from the tips and the approach to the island green is not for the faint of heart. The deeper the drive, the more manageable the approach.
The island comes toward the golfer on the left side, providing a landing area to miss. There’s also a large bunker on the left. The green slopes greatly from back to front, adding to the importance of finding the right tier on your approach.
Eagle Brook Country Club’s facilities and amenities are among the best in the area. There is ample room for practice on the driving range and practice putting and chipping areas. The clubhouse is large and features and upscale restaurant and second floor outdoor terrace that offers outdoor dining and beautiful views of the golf course.
