Blackwolf Run Golf Course (Meadow Valleys Course at Blackwolf Run Golf Course) is an 36-hole Resort golf facility located in Kohler, Wisconsin.
Melded into a river basin, formed by the flows of a glacial runoff, Blackwolf Run features courses which have hosted the U.S. Women’s Open and the World Championship of Golf.
The second hole on the Mead Valleys course provides a driving surface that will funnel the ball toward the center of the fairway. The approach shot is to a shallow, elevated green. A miss short or left will result in a pitch from 20 feet below the green.
Another fun on the Meadow Valleys Course at Blackwolf Run Golf Course is the 10th hole, called “Quiver”. A long iron is preferred off the tee to the left center of the fairway to avoid the trees and leave an approach of 145 – 150 yards to the green. A huge drop-off left dictates a right-side approach. The challenge is to hit enough club to carry the pot bunker protecting the undulating green.
