Tee Time @ PGN in Hickory Hills has expanded its golf offering for the 2026-27 season with a new indoor simulator operation, full-service bar and food service, giving southwest suburban golfers another year-round option for practicing, playing and socializing.
Located at 8125 W. 95th Street, Tee Time @ PGN has constructed seven purpose-built indoor simulator bays, with four currently equipped with Full Swing simulator technology. The facility has the ability to equip the remaining bays as demand grows.
The expansion represents a significant evolution for a property already familiar to Chicago-area golfers for its outdoor practice and entertainment amenities.
In addition to the new indoor facility, Tee Time @ PGN features a 36-bay outdoor driving range equipped with Toptracer technology and 36 holes of outdoor miniature golf. The facility is also adjacent to Hickory Hills Country Club, which features 27 holes of golf.
From Driving Range to Year-Round Golf Destination
The indoor expansion is part of a broader effort to position Tee Time @ PGN as more than a place to hit golf balls.
A new full-service bar and food operation accompanies the simulator facility, while 22 televisions throughout the venue provide sports viewing. The combination gives PGN the ability to attract golfers for simulator rounds and practice sessions while also accommodating customers looking for an evening of food, drinks and sports.
“We’re really developing Tee Time as more of a golf and entertainment destination where people can play, eat, have a few drinks, watch sports and spend an evening with friends,” said Mike Nix of Tee Time @ PGN.
The facility can also accommodate private parties, corporate events and group outings.

Full Swing Simulators and Indoor Golf Leagues
Four of Tee Time @ PGN’s seven indoor bays are currently operating with Full Swing simulator technology. The additional three purpose-built bays provide room for the indoor operation to expand without requiring another major buildout.
Tee Time @ PGN does not currently offer simulator memberships, instead operating primarily through individual simulator bookings, leagues and group events.
The facility launched its first Fall Simulator Golf League on September 22, with additional league programming planned throughout the winter.
The leagues give PGN another way to transition golfers from the outdoor season into indoor golf as Chicago weather makes traditional golf increasingly difficult.
A Year-Round Golf Hub in Hickory Hills

The combination also gives Tee Time @ PGN a somewhat different profile from many of the Chicago area’s newer indoor golf businesses. Rather than operating solely as a standalone simulator venue, the new indoor operation complements an existing collection of outdoor golf and entertainment amenities.
Tee Time @ PGN Celebrates Grand Opening
Although the new simulator operation began welcoming golfers before its formal opening, Tee Time @ PGN held its official Grand Opening on September 23, 2026.
The opening represents another addition to the rapidly expanding indoor golf landscape throughout the Chicago area. While some facilities are built entirely around simulator golf, PGN is taking a hybrid approach by combining indoor golf with an established outdoor range, miniature golf, food, drinks and sports viewing.
Its location adjacent to a 27-hole golf course adds another dimension to that model, creating a concentration of traditional golf, practice, indoor golf and entertainment at one Hickory Hills location.
For golfers in Chicago’s southwest suburbs, the expansion provides another option for keeping the game going long after the outdoor golf season begins winding down.
